Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fault.bet ("we", "us", "our"), a tennis trading signals service. By subscribing, using a free trial, or otherwise accessing our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
• You must be legally permitted to place bets in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list (e.g. GAMSTOP) or have gambling restrictions in place.

2. What We Provide

• Signals tier (£20/month) — access to our pre-match tennis signals Telegram channel, the live dashboard at app.fault.bet, and in-play signals.
• Premium tier (legacy) — no longer sold; existing subscribers keep the same access as the Signals tier.
• Tennis Data API (£59/month) — programmatic access to our tennis statistics database.
• CSV exports — one-time downloads of historical player stats.

Signals represent our model's view of value opportunities. They are not guarantees, predictions, or guaranteed winning bets.

3. Free Trial

• The 7-day free trial begins when you submit your card details via Stripe.
• You will not be charged during the trial period.
• If you do not cancel before day 8, your chosen plan begins automatically at the rate shown at signup.
• You can cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected].

4. Subscription, Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of your signup.
• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by UK consumer law.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.

5. Responsible Gambling

We encourage all users to set deposit limits, loss limits, and session limits with their betting operator. Never chase losses. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

6. No Guaranteed Returns

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Any statistics, win rates, or ROI figures we publish reflect historical outcomes only.
• Individual subscriber results will vary based on stake size, bet timing, and bookmaker selection.
• Losing runs are normal and expected. Plan your bankroll accordingly.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for verifying prices and placing bets with your chosen betting operator.
• You must not share, resell, redistribute, or republish our signals or data without written permission.
• You must not share your Telegram access, dashboard login, or API key with third parties.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All signals, statistics, model outputs, API data, and written content are the intellectual property of fault.bet. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use this data for your own betting decisions only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• We are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of our signals, data, or service.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Signal delivery may be delayed or missed due to technical issues.
• We are not responsible for actions, fees, or restrictions imposed by any third-party betting operator or exchange.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you:

• Share or resell signals or data in breach of these Terms.
• Abuse our staff, use threatening language, or otherwise behave in bad faith.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate our service without permission.
• Are discovered to be under 18 or on a self-exclusion register.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
